9. Sandra Hall – 2016 Delaware Teacher of the Year
She did not take the traditional route to become a teacher, as her background is in business administration. Her husband served in the US military and during his service they lived in Germany for ten years. It wasn’t until after his retirement and their return back to the US, did Sandra consider a career in teaching.
