Sarah Reed never considered teaching as a career after seeing how much work her parents put into their profession as educators. Sarah eventually became a pre-school teacher after leaving a high paying job as a paralegal. Her lifestyle changed so much that she had to sell her car and ride her bicycle to get around town. In 2015, Sarah was named Kentucky Teacher of the Year.
