Sarah Loomis wanted to attend the Naval Academy as early as she could remember, but a hearing disability prevented her from enlisting. So, instead, she became a Department of Defense Educational Activity teacher teaching the children of the military serving our country. She has been stationed in Germany for the past twelve years and talks about her experiences living in Germany.
